Summer Winds A-409 is a 4th floor 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo. Living area has a Queen Sleeper Sofa with great ocean views. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar Area with microwave & dishwasher. Washer/Dryer.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed.
Bedroom #2 has a twin bed and a queen bed.
Additional Amenities Include: 2 Color Cable TV¡s, DVD Player, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Icemaker, Microwave & Dishwasher. Covered decks with furniture.
NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.
No Smoking. No Pets.
Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Rents nightly with a 2-night minimum stay (off-season only).
