The laundry room is accessible in this room, equipped with a Washer and Dryer. Outdoors you will find the Charcoal grill, enclosed Outside shower, pavers that lead you to a hose that is perfect for spraying of the sand from the beach. The pavers continue to the driveway and bike path that runs in-front of the house.
Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.
