You will be surrounded by its classic style as soon as you walk through the door. You won¡t find any frills here, but this incredibly affordable oceanside 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is within walking distance to the ocean and neighborhood beach access.
Ground Level: Covered Parking. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower. In-Ground Charcoal Grill.
Level One: Living Area with Smart TV for access to streaming apps, Dining Area and Kitchen/Bar Area with a Microwave and Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. Open Deck is just off the Living Area and has a Picnic Table. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath.
Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed & a Twin Bed in the same room. Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.
Amenities include: High-speed Wireless Internet, 1 Smart TV with access to streaming apps, a DVD Player, a Washer/Dryer, Covered Parking, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, an In-Ground Charcoal Grill, a Microwave, Dishwasher, and an Open and Covered Deck.

It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. If there are any pet damages, an additional fee of $250.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum stay in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
