The Ground Level includes an outdoor patio area, lawn, and private canal dock - highlights of the home's features! Inside the main entry leads up to the Middle Level. The Middle Level offers a great room with an inviting living area with comfortable furniture, a dining area perfect for your meals, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and blender. Also on this level are Bedroom #1 with a Queen bed, TV, and balcony access, and the first shared Full Bath. The Top Level gives way to Bedroom #2 with a Queen bed, TV, and balcony access, Bedroom #3 with a King bed, TV, and balcony access, and the second Full Bath.
Linens and towels provided with beds made for weekly stays.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All Inclusive Pet Policy - no additional fee!
Rents weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2-Night minimum in advance during Off Season and last minute during In Season.
