Summer Winds A-303 is a third-floor, oceanfront, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Take in the amazing views of the ocean from your private balcony!
Total bedding includes a bedroom with a King bed and deck access and private bath and another bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed and a shared bath.
Additional Amenities include: High-speed wireless internet, 3 Smart TV, Basic Cable, Covered Deck with furniture, outdoor deck, Interior Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and blender.
NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.
Linens and towels are provided for weekly stays only.
Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.
Rents nightly with a 3 night minimum (Off season and last minute only).
