Take a dip in the private swimming pool that can be heated for an additional $650/week + tax; if the temperature is below 55 degrees the pool heat pump will not work. Relax in the private hot tub.This property is located 0.5 mile from the pier, which you can walk to from the beach. It is also close to local restaurants and shops. There is a basketball hoop located at the property and this home is located on a dead-end street with less traffic, which provides a perfect space for kids to ride bikes!
