Level One: This level houses the game room with a TV, pool table, refrigerator, a half bath and deck access. The media room with a TV is also on this level. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed (with TV) and full private bathroom with deck access and ocean views. Elevator access on Level One.
Level Two: A majority of the bedrooms are on level two. Bedroom #2 has a King bed (with TV) with a full private bathroom and deck access. Bedroom #3 has a King bed (with TV) with a full private bathroom and deck access. Bedroom #4 has a King bed (with TV) with a full private bathroom and deck access. Bedroom #5 has a 1 Twin Bunk that sleeps 2 (with TV) with a full private bathroom. The laundry room is on the level equipped with a washer and dryer. Elevator access on Level Two.
Level Three: The open concept kitchen leading into the living area/ great room is perfect for gathering after a day at the beach or conversiving while a meal is prepared. The gorgeous kitchen has all the appliances you will need for a family dinner at your "home away from home", not to mention the ocean views are impeccable from every angle in the house! This gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, an ice maker, a microwave, 2 dishwashers, double oven, toaster oven, wine refrigerator, and two standard coffee makers. The living area/great room has a TV and plenty of seating for everyone in your party. Step out to the deck just off this great room. Just off the Kitchen and Great room is an additional half bathroom. The Master Bedroom, Bedroom #6 is on this level that has a King bed (with TV) with a full private bathroom and deck access.
