Mimosa Manor is located in the beautiful Ocean Reef community and allows you to enjoy the added security of a gated community with access to a plethora of community amenities such a basketball and tennis courts, beach walkways, and a pool!
On the ground level, you will have access to an elevator and half bathroom!
On the first floor you will find a spacious living area with seating for all, a TV, and deck access as well as breathtaking beach views. The fully-equipped kitchen is conveniently located right off the living area - take a few steps to pop some popcorn for your movie night! You will also find bedroom #1 with a queen bed, TV, and access to a bathroom right beside the bedroom.
On the second floor there are three more bedrooms! Master bedroom #2 has a king bed, a TV, a private full bathroom, and balcony access which allows for you to greet the ocean right as you pop out of bed in the morning! Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a TV, and access to a shared bath. Bedroom #4 has a queen/queen bunk, a TV, and access to a bathroom that is shared with bedroom #4.
Additional Amenities: This duplex is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. You will also have tons of entertainment features at your disposal such as 5 flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Instant Video, a Roku, and Apple TV for all of your streaming needs! There is also a crib and high-chair if needed! Relaxation is easy when you have a furnished deck with a hammock to sit on while watching the waves roll by.
