Just a short drive away, explore the charming towns of Morehead City, Beaufort's waterfront, and Fort Macon State Park. The property offers covered parking, a patio with furniture, and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. For cozy nights in, Dock Holiday features a private hot tub.
The first floor is home to all three bedrooms for easy access. The first bedroom features a king bed, TV, private bathroom, and access to the deck. Down the hall, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom is furnished with twin bunk beds, a TV, and deck access, sharing the second bathroom.
The second floor features a wooden staircase leading to the open living area with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, and two accesses to a spacious semi-covered deck with ample seating and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker, as well as small appliances like a slow cooker, blender, and two coffee makers (Keurig and Mr. Coffee). A short hallway connects the kitchen to a utility closet with a washer/dryer, and a convenient half bath is located across from the closet.
