It is within walking distance to Homer¡s Point Marina, The Crab Shack, Anchor Drafthouse, Willis Seafood Market and Dollar General. With room for boat parking, a huge covered deck, Salty Oaks is the perfect place to escape to whilst surrounded by 250 year-old live Oak trees!
Level One: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with Full Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two Twin Beds. Full Bath in Hall. Living Room area with Flat Screen TV and DVD Player with Roku access. Fully equipped Kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, oven and dishwasher!
Level Two: is a suite with a separate entrance with shower, Queen Bed, sofa, table and small Kitchen area.
Additional amenities include: Mini-Splits with air and heat, 5 Flat Screen TVs, 2 DVD Players, Xbox 360, Roku, bonus room with twin bed, observation deck, outdoor deck with furniture, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and more!
