Ground Level: Covered Parking. Access to the Elevator and Stairs to the main living areas. The Theater Room includes plush seating, a Sectional Couch and Three Recliners, making it easy to gather everyone around the large Flat Screen TV for a movie night.

Level One: The spacious Game room offers entertainment for all ages with a Pool Table, Foosball Table, and Arcade Games. You can easily access the Oceanfront Pool area with your Private Pool and Hot Tub through the French doors. Access to a Full Bathroom is located directly from the Pool Area. A Wet Bar is located directly off the Recreation room as well. Bedroom #1 is an Oceanfront Master Suite with a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, a Private Bathroom and direct access to the Oceanfront deck and Pool area. Bedroom #2 has both Ocean and Sound views, Two Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom and direct access to a shared Sound View Balcony. Bedroom #3 has Sound views, a Twin Bunk Bed & a Double Twin Bunk Bed, Flat Screen TV as well as direct access to the shared Sound View Balcony with Bedroom #2.

Level Two: Bedroom #4 is an Oceanfront Master Suite with a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom and Direct Access to the Oceanfront Deck. Bedroom #5 is an Oceanfront Master Suite with a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom and Direct Access to the Oceanfront Deck. Bedroom #6 is a Sound view Master Suite with a King Bed, Private Bathroom, Flat Screen TV and Direct Access to a Shared Soundview Balcony. Bedroom #7 is a Sound view Master Suite with a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom and Direct Access to a Shared Sound View Balcony with Bedroom #6.

Level Three: Once you walk into the open main living area, you will be greeted with a meticulously selected decorated space and amazing Atlantic Ocean views. No detail was overlooked in this immaculate home. The tasteful nautical theme, decorated with both historic pieces and local artist will give you such a refreshing feeling. Two French style doors open up to the top floor Oceanfront Deck where you can view the Crystal Coast coastline, but on a clear day you can also see the Cape Lookout Lighthouse, a moment you will never forget. The Dining Room with ample seating, located directly off the Kitchen, has gorgeous views of both the Ocean and the Sound. The expansive gourmet kitchen will make family meals a breeze, with all top of the line appliances and an island perfect for preparing and entertaining. A Large Walk-in Pantry will give you all the space you need for your getaway. A Half Bath is located directly off the Main Living Area. Bedroom #8 is an Oceanfront Master Suite bedroom with a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom with wide doors and a shower that can easily be stepped into and Direct Access to the Oceanfront Deck.
