And, you can step right out of the gate onto the boardwalk and cruise on down to the beach. A Gas Grill is also available - perfect for evening cookouts!
You may enter Level One from the elevator, stairs in the garage or the stairs leading to the first level front porch. Stepping into an open area, this level is complete with 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 boasts a magnificent ocean view with a Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, closet and direct deck access. Bedroom 2, not lacking in appeal, also has an ocean front view, Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, closet, and direct access to the deck. A full bath is located directly outside of these two bedrooms. Down the hall there is a washer and dryer, conveniently located for you and your family to drop your attire from a day at the beach or pool. Master Bedroom 3 with a King Bed, Flatscreen TV, Private Bathroom with step-in shower, double sinks and closets complete the rooms on this level.
Level Two features open concept kitchen, living and dining areas. The gourmet kitchen boasts a dine at bar and granite counter tops, a double sink, dishwasher and range.
