Bed Types: King, Queen Sleep Sofa

You will be so happy to reach this peaceful relaxing getaway for your family. Your living room is furnished with comfortable furnishings with a 40" TV along with a queen sleep sofa for a couple of little ones. This space leads to a covered deck with seating that overlooks the pool and the beautiful green courtyard. During your stay, you may not want to cook, however, you will find everything you need in the updated kitchen and appliances with breakfast bar to prepare and serve snacks or a meal when dining in. Dining out is especially easy with the numerous restaurants and cafes' located on Pleasure Island. There is a guest bath in hallway.

When it is time to retreat for a peaceful evening you will find a King Memory Foam Bed with Silver adjustable base for the head and legs and a wall mounted 36" TV with a Fire Stick. Just a couple of steps from the bedroom is the bathroom with a shower/tub combination and vanity. If you need to wash any beach towels during your stay, there is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo.

Seascape Complex has a great courtyard pool with grill and sitting area, complete this vacation package.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances:  

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am  only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone- see AREA GUIDE>DOG FRIENDLY INFO on this site for more info.
