Elevator access, Assigned parking & Access to PRIVATE SKY DECK with lounges and table and chairs, overlooking lake and beautiful ocean views.
Only 2 short blocks to the ocean. This is a very convenient location one block to the Carolina Beach Lake for exercising and dog walking (summer movies and Farmers Market on Saturday), Carolina Beach Boardwalk (summer fireworks & live music), wonderful restaurants, marina, and shopping. Reserved parking. Linens, soaps and paper products are included, as well as beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. Culligan purified drinking water provided.
Non-smoking, security deposit applies, elevator, free secured WIFI access... Sunday to Sunday during summer...No smoking anywhere on property....... Elevator service is reliable but not guaranteed, departure cleaning is included.
