Ceramic tile flooring throughout the living space, lovingly equipped with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for the little ones. There is also a comfy recliner for those afternoon naps in this space.
Just 1 flight up to this 1st floor condo with ocean views and close to the large swimming pool. There is a large covered deck just off the living space perfect for lounging and enjoying your meals!
The dining area is adjacent to the living room, with a table for 4 with 2 chairs at the breakfast bar, and after dinner you may want to linger, clearing the table for a quick game of Phase 10. All TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV
Beautifully updated kitchen equipped with all the utensils, gadgets, and cookware you could wish. Our microwave and dishwasher will get you out of the kitchen and back into the fun quicker than ever! And we have a washer and dryer for washing & drying those beach towels, too. Access to the ground floor storage closet included, so you don't have to carry your beach equipment up with you.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
