Beautifully decorated, 3 floors, single car garage, great views of ocean. 1st level~ King & Roll Away, 3rd level ~ king, queen, queen, & roll-away. Some of the really nice features of this 3 story townhouse are; decks on each level both front and back. The front deck affords views of the ocean and the back decks have a view of the pool.
The middle level is all living space with LR with a 55" TV, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bath, no sleeping space. So if you want to stay up late or rise early you are not disturbing anyone. The indoor dining room seats 10 plus a high chair and the out door dining deck seats 6.
The third floor has the King master bedroom with 45" TV, with private bath and private deck overlooking the pool, the other two bedrooms are Queen Beds which face the ocean and share a bathroom which includes the washer and dryer.
The lower level has a bedroom with King, and Roll Away full bath and door to outside pool area.
- There is a door downstairs and one upstairs to close out the noise.
- Select TV with Spectrum cable in every room some with DVD
- Directly across the street from N Avenue beach access which has a wooden decking for a "no stairs" beach access and boardwalk which leads to Kure Beach Park, Pier, shops & restaurants!

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances:
Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm.
