The 1st floor is ground level, has 2 bedrooms one with a new Queen mattress as of March 2024 (br1) & one furnished with 2 Twins(br2), 1 bath with open shower. The elevator will allow those that have trouble with stairs the ability to enjoy each floor and the spectacular views from the spacious decks.  

The 2nd floor has beautiful hardwood flooring throughout and features an impressive family room, beautiful kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, and stove...Breakfast bar, Keurig Coffee Maker, dining area, queen(br3) bedroom and main bath with a tub/shower combo. The views from the large oceanfront deck off the living space are simply breathtaking.

The 3rd floor features 3 carpeted bedrooms including a large oceanfront master bedroom en suite with a new king mattress as of March 2024 (br4) bed and glass doors that lead to it's very own private tiled deck where you will view heavenly beauty. This room is also eqiupped with a writing desk  for leisurely work, or otherwise. The master bath is equipped with a tub and separate shower. The 5th bedroom has a queen(br5) bed and the 6th bedroom has 2 bunk beds(br6), and a shared tub/shower combo bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with TV's. All the conveniences of home await you, including a one car garage and full size  Washer/Dryer  .  All TV's equipped with the Select TV Plan through Spectrum TV.

If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
