*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
Two bicycle racks at complex for those wanting to rent or bring their bikes with them.There is a view of the beautiful lake and park area as well as the pool from sliders that open to a small furnished second deck! Picnic area with inviting swimming pool. Cross a quiet one-way street to access 2 beach accesses near condo. The first beach access is a little less than 1/2 block to the right and 2nd is a little more then 1/2 block to the left. One of the best locations on Pleasure Island.
