Steps from the ocean and no streets to cross, puts you within walking distance to the best of all that Pleasure Island has to offer! No expense has been spared as you will see when you enter the spacious 1st floor open living, kitchen and dining area featuring cathedral ceilings and cherry hardwood floors through-out. A 50" Smart TV, electric fireplace, deck with ocean view and a conveniently located half-bath complete this impressive level.
Whether you plan to cook gourmet meals or simply brew a cup of coffee to get you started in the morning, you'll appreciate the great kitchen. It's equipped with all your major appliances and plenty of minor ones as well, not to mention all the cookware, tableware, and utensils you could possibly need. There's also plenty of space in the fridge, the freezer, and the cupboards, so that you can stock up on groceries in the beginning of your stay and not have to waste any more of your precious vacation time in the supermarket.
The 2nd level has two bedrooms suites one furnished with a queen(br3) bed, sliding doors that lead to deck with views and private bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom on this level with a king(br2) bed, sleeper sofa and private bath with shower. Get all of your laundry done before heading home in the stacked washer/dryer combo located in the hallway. All TV's equipped with the Select TV Plan through Spectrum TV.
Keep the 3rd level to yourself as it is one elegant private King(br1) master suite complete with private bath with garden tub and separate enclosed shower. Sliding glass doors to the deck great for stargazing and then slip into bed and fall asleep to the gentle sound of the surf, or wake early one morning and slip outside to catch the sun rising over the ocean. Climb to the sky deck and take in the ocean and the city in a panoramic view!

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances:
Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm.
