Your family will enjoy gathering in the beautifully furnished living room to catch up on the day and enjoy each other's company. Enjoy the wonderfully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and tools needed to prepare any and/or all meals during your vacation. Also equipped with Blu Ray player.

The 2nd Floor (main) consists of a Living Space, Dining & Kitchen Space with Breakfast Bar, a Guest Bathroom, a King (br1) Master Bedroom with an en-suite with shower, Bedroom also has a 32" Flat Screen TV
3rd Floor consists of a King (br2) Master Suite with a 42" SMART TV, 2 additional Bedrooms 1 with a set of Twin (br3) Beds & a Queen (br4) Bedroom with Jack-n-Jill bathroom, both which are equipped with 32" TV's & BluRay players, there is a loft just outside the bedrooms which hosts a Single Sleep Chair.
The 1st (ground) Floor consists of a Queen(br5) Bed, a Futon & Game Room with Foosball, Ping Pong Table, full bath with tub/shower combo and TV with DVD.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
Property May NEVER Exceed Occupancy Limit Set by Owner - Sleeps up to 12, with a maximum of 10 adults.
Absolutely NO Events (Reunions, Weddings, Parties, etc) are allowed at this Property
Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances:
Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm.
