A charming 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath tri-level home located across the street from the ocean in the Ft. Fisher area of Kure Beach, NC. A Shore Thing features tile & laminate flooring throughout.

The 2nd floor features an open living area with plenty of comfortable seating, large dining table, a breakfast island in the kitchen with a couple of bar stools will provide ample space needed for preparing meals or planning island excursions! There is also a bistro set for additional seating in this space. All while surrounded by windows to give that outdoor feel while still being inside. This floor has access to one of the two spacious decks perfect for sipping coffee and peacefully enjoying the early island morning as it awakens. This has two bedrooms, one with a king(br1) and the other with a queen(br2). These bedrooms share a full bath with a tub and shower combo. There is also a half bath for guests.

The 3rd (top floor) features the beautiful and spacious Master suite, this space is a virtual get-a-way complete with a comfy king(br3) bed, TV, and access to the large private deck with views of the ocean. Enjoy a hot bath in the jetted soaking tub, and beautiful walk-in shower. There is an additional bedroom just outside the master suite with 2 twin beds(br4) along with a TV/DVD Player for watching those movies, that will keep the little ones tucked away.  These 2 bedrooms shares the master en suite. All TV's are equipped with the TV Select Plan through Spectrum TV.

Last but not least, the Ground Level (1st Floor) has a large suite complete with a private entrance and full bath, a great in-law suite, also has a King Bed(br5)  and Full Futon, and TV with access to the backyard for family fun! There is also an additional den  on this floor with a sitting area where you'll find the second full size futon & Foosball Table for your enjoyment.

Set your own pool hours on this vacation at your own private pool!! This backyard oasis is well equipped with a gas grill, hot/cold outdoor shower, with a deck worthy of any sun worshipper, all kept secured by fencing for added privacy.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.   

Property May NEVER Exceed Occupancy Limit Set by Owner -Sleeps up to 12 with a maximum of 11 adults.  

Absolutely NO Events(Reunions, Weddings, Parties, etc) are allowed at this Property

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances:  

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am  only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone- see AREA GUIDE>DOG FRIENDLY INFO on this site for more info.

Don't forget your furry family member as this home is dog friendly with a payment of a non-refundable  charge (subject to restrictions).
