Atlantic Waves - 7 Bedrooms 6.5 bathrooms newly constructed with unobstructed views of the ocean and an elevated swimming pool (can be heated for an additional fee). Located next to Southern Comfort another 7 Bedroom 6.5 bath twin home. What sets this home apart is its location. There is privacy, it is quiet without the hustle and bustle of traffic going by, and the added enjoyment of the marsh views. This home features two dishwashers, two refrigerators, two microwaves, two living rooms, and two sets of washers and dryers. There is a charcoal grill and additional parking for your boat or extra guests, as well as an elevator to all floors. The island has plenty to offer and things to do. It has a golf course, mini-golf, arcade, restaurants, ice cream shops, grocery stores, a splash pad for the kids, parks, fishing either onshore or one of our piers, nature trails, multiple beach accesses, inlet access, and Intracoastal Waterway accesses as well. This home is not far from the new bridge, which allows easy access on and off the island. You can go and enjoy the shops and dining of close by Southport nestled in where the Cape Fear River, Intracoastal Waterway, and the ocean meet. The views are breathtaking. From there you can take a ferry either to beautiful Bald Head Island for a day trip or a ferry to Fort Fisher and visit the aquarium. The North Carolina Battleship is a favorite destination in nearby Wilmington and Myrtle Beach is just south for even more to do.
