Also on this level is a full bath, laundry area, and a bedroom with a double bed and a pyramid bunkbed (double and twin). On the top floor, there are two master suites each with a queen bed, private bathroom, and balcony. There is an enclosed outdoor shower and plenty of parking space. 3 BR, 3 BA / Occupancy Limit: 9 - 2Q, 1D, 1 PB (1D, 1T), 1DSS, LINENS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS PURCHASED. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
