DESCRIPTION
Come enjoy this brand new beautiful 8 bedroom, 8.5 bathroom beach house with a large deck pool, hot tub, dedicated boat slip and community boat ramp on the Intercoastal Waterway at North Topsail Beach. This large, elegant and comfortable home has an eclectic charm with warm beach inspired colors that illuminate the rooms and create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Sitting highly elevated, this spacious home provides expansive ocean views from every room in the front and a spectacular panoramic view of the inter-coastal waterway (ICW) in the back.
From the main entrance on the ground floor, the private elevator offers accessibility to the second level bedrooms and third level main living/dining area.
The second level features five large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. On the left, you enter the first bedroom with a King bed, private bath and stunning ocean view. Across the hall, the Second bedroom has a Queen sized bed, private bath with a pullout couch. The Third bedroom sits mid hallway and features a King sized bed, private bath and nice view of the canal waterway. The Fourth and Fifth bedrooms are at the end of the hall and sit adjacent on the back side. Both feature King beds, private baths and sliding glass doors that open up to the back deck, overlooking the pool and with a beautiful view of the inter-coastal waterway. The laundry room is situated at the base of the stairs and is spacious with cabinets and a hanging rod.
On the third level at the top of the stairs are the sixth and seventh bedrooms. The Sixth bedroom is a Master Suite with a King bed and private bath. Across the hall the Seventh bedroom is perfect for younger guests with three large built-in bunk beds. There is a Twin over Double and two Twin over Queen beds that can sleep up to 9. Two quaint oceanfront decks on both levels provide the perfect spot to relax or watch the waves or to take in a stunning sunrise over the ocean.
As you walk down the hallway to the main living area, there is a powder room on the left. The Living Area is very large, spacious and comfortable. This main area provides an abundance of sunlight, warmth and openness. There is plenty of seating with a 70" flat screen TV, for maximum viewing and enjoyment. The dining area is very spacious with an 11-foot handcrafted rustic dining room table that seats 16 with 8 additional seats along the kitchen island.
The Chef's Kitchen is spacious with a large, two-tiered granite island that allows for simultaneous food preparation and eating. There is a large farm sink and an abundance of cabinet and counter space. This kitchen features stainless steel appliances with two ovens, two refrigerator/freezers, two dishwashers, a microwave oven and stove and is very well equipped with cooking/eating utensils. There is a large walk-in pantry for food storage along with a wine cooler. In addition, there is a commercial ice maker and refrigerator/freezer on the ground floor for added convenience.
This main level opens up to a large deck and an adjacent screened-in porch. The deck and screened-in porch are oversized to maximize the outdoor experience and beautiful waterway views. The screened in porch provides a comfortable retreat for an afternoon island nap, to share a cocktail and enjoy the island breeze or a late night chat with friends and family. The ICW and sunset views from this level are beautiful!
A dedicated stairway provides access to the Eighth (Loft) bedroom, a private and spacious secluded room that rests above the living area and has an incredible panoramic view of the ocean. The loft bedroom has a King bed, a futon couch, a private bath and walk-in closet.
rnPool/Beach/MarinarnThis extravagant home provides guests with a large private swimming pool/hot tub. The swimming pool has a tanning ledge and ranges in depth from 3 to 6 feet. A spacious deck area borders the pool and is perfect for gatherings. There are plenty of lounge chairs and an abundance of room for sunbathing. Two large picnic tables and a large gas grill provide for outdoor dining. The backyard pool area is surrounded by vegetation that provides seclusion and natural privacy. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after a day at the beach or pool. Beach access is a short 50-meter walk to the dedicated Barton Bay crossover. The beaches are wide and never crowded on this part of the island. The shoreline location and currents provide an abundance of seashells on our beach.
Our guests have access to a dedicated boat ramp and boat slip across the street in the Barton Bay Marina. The boat ramp can accommodate a small to mid-sized boat.

CANCELLATIONS - rnAny cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. CHECK IN DAY DETAILS - rnYour rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message with all of your check-in instructions. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.
PREPARING FOR YOUR VACATION - rnAll our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more! Our vacation homes do not supply consumable items for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices, cleaning products, etc.). Please plan accordingly for any items you may need during your stay.
You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Some homes provide complimentary linens for select dates and this detailed information can be found in the description. Linen package options include BRONZE (bed sheets only per bed listed), SILVER (bed sheets per bed listed, a bath towel set per occupancy, dish towel, and a bath mat per shower/tub), and GOLD (all items from the SILVER package plus one extra bath towel per occupancy).
TOPSAIL ISLAND GENERAL INFO- rnWiFi: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT given.
Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island's shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.
Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces "Pay to Park" from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce "Pay to Park" from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.
Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.
Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.rn
