- Mid-June to Mid-August: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday to Saturday Check-in/out only

- Parking: 6 Parking Spaces in the driveway and under the house depending on vehicle size
- Note: The fireplace is decorative and NOT to be used as a functioning fireplace.
- Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
- Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.
- Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
