Enjoy the gorgeous ocean views at this pet friendly, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom oceanfront home located in North Topsail Beach! 'The Salty Dog' offers plenty of space for up to 16 guests and 2 dogs (with pet fee) to enjoy a relaxing vacation at Topsail Island, NC.

Upon entry into the main level of the home, you will find an open foyer, dining, and living room with ocean views. A half bathroom and laundry room are conveniently located off of the dining room as well as entry into the well stocked kitchen. The kitchen features all of the necessities for creating a home cooked meal for your family and friends. The kitchen also provides access to the oceanfront deck and a breakfast table for enjoying coffee while watching the sun rise.

Off of the kitchen is the main living room, which provides comfortable seating and a beautiful ocean view. Access to the oceanfront deck is available from the living room, as well as incredible views. Next to the living room is the master bedroom with ensuite. This master bedroom also features ocean views with a King bed, stand up shower, jetted bathtub, and private toilet room.  

Head upstairs to access the three other bedrooms in this home that all feature a private bathroom ensuite and oceanfront deck access. Bedroom two offers a King bed, bedroom three offers a King bed plus a Twin sleeper sofa, and bedroom four offers two sets of twin over double bunk beds. You will also find a Twin sleeper sofa in the hallway nook for additional accommodations.

On the ground floor of this home, you can enjoy a casual living room complete with a sleeper sofa for additional accommodations, a dry bar and a mini fridge. Access to the spacious backyard with a picnic table and a garage with a full sized fridge are also available from this room.  

Sleeping up to 16 guests comfortably, 'The Salty Dog' will become your family's favorite home-away-from-home vacation spot for years to come!

• SILVER PACKAGE - Includes ALL bed linens, one bath set (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth) per occupancy, 1 kitchen towel set, & bath mats per full bathroom. Complimentary for ALL 7-night minimum reservations from June 7 to August 16, 2025.

If Complimentary Linens are not applicable for your stay, you may bring your own linens, or we offer linens to rent for an additional fee. Please contact us to apply a linen rental to your reservation or upgrade your linen package for a fee, if applicable.

Please review our  Dog Policy  before booking your vacation.  The Non-Refundable Pet Deposit is $150 per pet (2 dog maximum, price varies by home) and is NOT INCLUDED in rate.  Please contact us to apply a pet fee on your reservation -  DOES NOT AUTO APPLY.

***Please note: Guests are responsible for the purchase of propane for any gas grill provided. Guests are also required to clean any grill prior to departure to prevent additional cleaning charges.***      

Don't forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.

Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).

Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
