The living room is comfortably furnished, including a large flat screen TV.   One of the best parts of this oceanfront unit is the deck with built in counter and matching bar stools.   You'll enjoy a direct walkway to beach which is shared with the upper unit.   Beach Barn Lower is one of the best spots on the beach to be in the mix of all Surf City has to offer.

Your beach house is located approximately .5 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You'll be close to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more in the heart of the Island.    Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
