The open floor plan allows everyone to be a part of the conversation or meal preparation. You'll find everything you need in this modern kitchen, including the staples like spices and paper products. Bonus - the extra-large refrigerator is perfect for stocking up cold beverages and tasty seafood! The dining table seats 4 pluse 4 more at the counter.

Montana Cafe has one of the largest oceanfront decks around. With 600 sq. ft. of sundrenched space, a portion which is covered, you may never want to go inside. Relax on one of the comfortable lounge chairs and watch the dolphins and pelicans go by, or enjoy breakfast as you witness spectacular sunrises every day. Don't worry, your furry friends can play on the deck in this safety-gated space.

Your beach rental is located approximately 2.3 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You'll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
