Topsail Welcome to "Dream2B," a beautifully decorated one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo located in the oceanfront Topsail Reef community in North Topsail Beach. This charming retreat offers a cozy yet stylish escape, perfect for a relaxing beachside getaway.

"Dream2B" boasts stunning ocean views from its deck, providing the perfect backdrop for your morning coffee or evening relaxation. Inside, the condo is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and convenience. The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed, a twin built-in bunk set, and a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to six adults.

The living area is bright and inviting, seamlessly blending into the dining space and fully-equipped kitchen. Whether you're preparing a meal, enjoying a movie night, or simply unwinding after a day on the beach, "Dream2B" offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

As part of the Topsail Reef community, you'll have easy access to the pristine shores of North Topsail Beach, allowing you to enjoy sun, sand, and surf just steps from your door. Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set ofbedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

The town of North Topsail Beach has installed a sandbag barrier along the shoreline of the farther end of New River Inlet Road. Sandbags are visible in front of this property. For more information and photos of the shoreline condition, please refer to the Town of North Topsail Beach website.

A 3-night minimum stay will be required year-round.
No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
