DESCRIPTION
The Hi-Sea is an absolute gem on Topsail Island, with 5-foot high wainscoting and coastal blue walls throughout this nautically inspired oceanfront home with a very magical feel. The Hi-Sea has covered parking for 3-4 cars with more space in the driveway. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sleeps up to 8.

Main Level: As you walk up to the main level of The Hi-Sea you can continue on the deck and walk all the way around to the oceanfront side of the home and enjoy the views if you'd like to catch some ocean breezes before entering The Hi-Sea. The decks are fully gated front and back creating a safe environment to relax with pets and young children. There are oversized garden-inspired stairs leading you down to the pristine white sand beach and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean below.

Living Area: Once inside you'll be in the living area. To the left is the living room with a flat-screen with a DVD player in the large entertainment center. The wireless router is also located in the entertainment center. Looking out to the crystal blue ocean you'll notice plantation shutters are consistent throughout the home.
Dining Area: To the right of the front door you'll find the oceanfront dining table. Two squared tables joined to make one large table that seats 6, just beside the dining table are sliding glass doors for easy access to the oceanfront deck. In the cooler months open the doors and have dinner while listening to the waves. The table is a showcase all in itself. Inside the covered tables are sand, shells, and seagrasses creating the majestic feeling of picnicking on the beach!

Kitchen: The kitchen has its own set of sliding glass doors, drop-in sink, removable faucet head, and tan granite countertops. The kitchen has seating for two at the counter. All white appliances accent the wainscoting in this area. Birch and Ash hardwood floors are throughout this elegantly painted and beautifully appointed home.

Walkthrough the living area and you'll find the first bedroom and a small hallway leading to the additional bedrooms and baths.
Bedroom One: The first bedroom is located directly off of the living area. This room has a Queen bed and a light oak dresser. This bedroom has a private bathroom, flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a black cabinet-based sink and a coordinating shower curtain.

Bedroom Two: The second bedroom has two double beds and is on the street side This bedroom has the washer and dryer hidden in a bi-fold door closet, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and the same Birch and Ash floors that are carried throughout the entire house.
Bedroom Three: Bedroom three is located on the left/ocean side of The Hi-Sea and has a Queen bed. The Queen bed is next to a matching nightstand, flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. Storage is not a problem in this room with the antique cream armoire.

Bedrooms two and three share a bath, located between the two rooms. This bathroom has a blue and green plaid shower curtain continuing the color scheme in the beach bedroom. Both bathrooms have brushed nickel finishes and a black cabinet-based sink.

Take advantage of the beauty surrounding your Topsail Island rental home. Topsail Island is a vacationer's paradise. Enjoy fine or casual dining restaurants. Browse the many gift shops at your leisure. Rent a bicycle for a personal tour of the island. Be adventurous and go parasailing or rent a jet ski and take in the scenery from a pelican's point of view. Visit a surf shop for all your surfing needs or go fishing on one of the three fishing piers the island has to offer. Try a round of golf at the area's world-class golf course just down the road. It's all within your reach.
