Located in the heart of Surf City, this property is a short 5 minute walk to beach access, shops, and restaurants. Walk home from the beach to your private outdoor shower and enjoy the views of the sunset from your two decks. You will truly appreciate the attention to detail throughout this home!
The space
This home has been professionally decorated with a luxury yet beachy and light feel that is sure to give you peaceful, renewed energy. We have set up for guests but keep it meticulously maintained and clutter-free as the property owners enjoy the property themselves in the shoulder seasons.
Some favored parts of the property are the wall-to-wall customized sliding glass doors that can open from both sides and the 2 private decks that face the Intercoastal Waterway sunsets! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including Pottery Barn Dishware and an additional Ice Machine. The dining areas can comfortably fit 6 people outside and 4 inside. There is an additional stow-a-way table available in case of poor weather.
Another favored part is the beautiful view you have from the 2 workspaces (new desk chair not pictured yet) that look out towards the vast views of the ICWW, making it the ideal place for a long "remote work" stay by the beach with really fast WiFi! The space is set up primarily for renters, so it is kept clear of clutter while providing all the details you need for a comfortable stay. Fresh linens are provided to guests from our management company. Unlike other properties, you don't have to worry about lack of attention to detail from the wear and tear a beach house takes.
As a courtesy, provided for guests are 4 beach chairs, umbrella, baby items, 2 beach cruiser bikes, free weights, and a new ping pong table. There is also a brand new 2022 luxury golf cart available for additional rent if you are interested (message for details).
