The first level is home to "The Palm Suite" with a king size bed, bathroom, and private deck with views of the ocean. This floor also has a serene blue bedroom with a queen size bed and views of the sound. Also perfect for kiddos and kids at heart is the proverbial "Fish Room" where up to four best friends or siblings can all bunk together.  The laundry area is conveniently located on this floor as well as another full bathroom.
The top floor is where the real magic happens. The open kitchen and dining area is great for preparing meals with the beautiful Atlantic Ocean as a backdrop.  Sunlight pours in the living and dining room and laughter and conversations abound at the spacious bar area and farmhouse table. The covered top deck has a captain's view of the island and is the perfect place for enjoying your favorite beverage with family or in solitude if you are the early bird of the bunch. There is also a queen bedroom suite with a full bath and a private covered deck with stunning views of the sound.    
The beach access is two blocks away and there is also an outdoor shower on the ground level to clean up after a fun day at the beach.    
The sunsets here are spectacular! Rest, relax and recharge!! We hope you feel at home and enjoy your stay!
Over 1000 ft of deck space with outdoor seating.
Elevator is available for guest use and is accessible by all floors.  

2 dogs, no size limit, allowed with paid fee per dog. No smoking or vaping.
