As you enter the home you'll step into the spacious living area. This open floor plan makes entertaining convenient and easy by encompassing the living room, dining area and kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for meal preparations and entertaining. Plenty of storage lets you tuck all your groceries and snacks out of the way and the open counter to the living room makes sure you won't miss a moment of the action. Cook while watching the dolphins play. Bar seating is provided at the counter in addition to the separate dining table so your whole group can dine together and catch up on the days activities.
The comfortable living room offers all of the amenities of home with the added bonus of an amazing ocean view! Ample seating is provided for the whole gang to hang out and enjoy a movie on the flat screen television. Wireless internet will keep you connected while away from home and a twin futon is included in the mix for extra bedtime options A ceiling fan is included to keep you cool and comfortable during the summer months. Central heat and AC are great for the inside after the ocean breezes and a day of fun in the sun. Also located on this main living level is the first of four bedrooms, a full bathroom and a separate laundry area. To the right of the entry you'll find the bedroom, featuring a queen size bed and cable television. Access to the full bathroom is just outside the door. This bathroom offers a regular shower and single sink vanity. Between the bedroom and bathroom you'll find the laundry room, offering a full size washer and dryer, making it easy and convenient to keep all those suits and towels fresh for each days beach adventures!
Your private beach access is literally a step away. Just head through the sliding door from the living room and begin enjoying your oceanfront deck! You'll find plenty of deck furniture to sit back, relax and enjoy the direct ocean view. This downstairs deck is covered to keep you in the cool shade on summer days. The walkover to the beach includes an outdoor shower so you can rinse the sand from your toes before heading back into the house.
Back inside, the remaining three bedrooms wait for you upstairs. Each of your guests will find rest, relaxation and stunning Topsail views, as each bedroom features its own private deck. The bedroom immediately to your right as you approach the landing features a queen size bed and ocean view. Across the hall the next bedroom provides a pyramid bunk which includes a queen on the bottom and twin on the top and a great island view from the deck. The final bedroom, located at the end of the hall offers a queen size bed and a direct oceanfront deck. All bedrooms offer ceiling fans, cable televisions and access to each of their own private decks. The second full bathroom is located in this upstairs hallway and provides tub/shower combo and single sink vanity.
