Topsail Island Condo, the house on the beach. This perfect place is actually a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with amazing views of the ocean. The St. Regis resort has everything you could want in a beach vacation! The St. Regis is Ocean Front, with a large outdoor pool, a poolside snack cabana, an arcade, and a workout room. The entire top floor of Building 2 is taken up by Ocean's Edge an amazing restaurant with panoramic views. We are excited to announce a newly remodeled covered pool! The covered pool is now heated and ready for use, allowing for off-season enjoyment as weather permits. Swimming after dark is not allowed due to Onslow County requirements.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed positioned perfectly to watch TV or the horizon. What a luxury it is to have access to the balcony from the bedroom! The ensuite master bath was recently remodeled with a step in shower. There is a kids room with a pyramid bunkbed (Twin on top and Full on the bottom) and a twin trundle underneath and a Twin loft bed accessed with a ladder. It's the perfect spot for the kids to watch a movie or snooze away. The third bedroom has a queen bed, these two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a bathtub/ shower.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are front and center with views that don't quit and all the conveniences you would want and need. The laundry room boasts a full size washer and dryer. Sitting on the balcony will be calming and restorative. You will find yourself returning to this condo year after year.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow the CDC cleaning guidelines to ensure that all high-touch areas have been wiped down and disinfected.
Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.
Summer check in time is between 4:00PM and 6:00PM, Off Season Check-in time 3 pm
The Rate Includes Rent, Property Protection Plan, and Reservation Fee.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. ?Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops'l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants, and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center.
