Located in the lovely community of Plantation Pointe this property is nestled in a quiet wooded area. You can walk or drive to one of the many public golf courses in the area: Olde Pointe Country Club. A quick 10-minute drive will take you to NC Highway 17 which leads to every place you'll need to go.   


This fully furnished condo can be rented yearly, monthly, or for shorter stays. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a recently renovated step-in shower. The second bathroom, accessible from the hall, has a step-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need and the designated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer makes this property the perfect place to stay.  The screened porch looks out onto the well-maintained grounds. Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.

This property is located near several beaches: Topsail Island and Wrightsville Beach being the closest. Wilmington or Jacksonville are the closest "cities". They are equal distances apart. Smaller, quaint towns like Sneads Ferry, Holly Ridge, and Hampstead offer many grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and businesses.
